If I can rate them a zero I would. The front desk staff are all stupid. I went there with my sister who was suffering with major pain and they just took our money and insurance information and let us sit for hours. When we get to the doctor the doctor said they never informed her that she was in so much pain. We needed to send her to the ER immediately for an IV drip. Unbelievable. They take ur money and don't care about the people. Incompetent. They should close this place down!

The staff was very courteous and the place is very clean. But when it comes to treatment and diagnosis.. It's the worse. I basically diagnosed myself and the provider agreed with me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Very disappointed with the level of service I received. The whole visit took so much longer than expected; absolutely nothing “Urgent” about the facility. Personnel up front did not prioritize getting patients in and out on a timely manner.
You will experience long waits. The service isn’t as prompt as other urgent care facilities.
