Need to pay very close attention to what they say and what's going on..
They charge you for insurance coverage you don’t need to. I told them my insurance company was going to cover the car during the rental period and after I returned the car they charged my credit for insurance coverage. They don’t have business ethics.

I was told I cannot rent anymore from STEVE , he is completely unprofessional . He shouldn’t be working with such a great company . Steve gave us the crapiest rental there on purpose because we wanted a premium vehicle and he said I’m going to let my son drive it (he’s 27) I’m 52 . He said no minors are allowed to drive it . What kind of bs is that . I wouldn’t recommend this business ! At alll ! I’m going to hurtz next time ! And I rent cars all the time ! Fire Steve !!!!
They advertise a cheap rate once you get to the location they claim the car is not available and charge you full price. I sat in their office for an hour and listen to the employee say the same thing to everyone they talk to on the phone and the people that walked in. Then the manager Pedro helped and sent me to a different location with the car I needed at the same price. I am not happy that now I have to waste time going to a different location to pick up a car. I guess I had no other choice it was that or have no car. One thing was great the driver that took me to the location victor was very kind. They did call the next day to apologize from their behavior I was very happy they did.
